Packaging
Our Signature, Pearl and Fleur De Lis collections come in our satin or organza pouches. The Africa and Credo's collections come in their own gift box with printed quote or charity information.
If you are sending any of our jewelry as a gift, we will be happy to gift wrap with our signature
boxes, ribbon and card. Please fill in gift card box provided on the product page, and we will handwrite your special message. $5.00

Returns And Exchanges

Our Signature collection is handmade to order and is returnable for credit or exchange only.
All other collections are returnable for credit, exchange or refund. Simply return the item within 7 days of receipt for a prompt refund, exchange or credit. Returned items for refund
are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Please call or e-mail us for a return authorization number. All returned items must be in original condition. It must be carefully packed in the original packaging and safely shipped back via insured Ups or registered mail. Please use a hard box to insure that the jewelry is not damaged. We cannot be obligated to accept the return of damaged, or worn merchandise. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

Please note that all stones will naturally vary to some degree in color, size and shape.


Repairs

We fully stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of all of our jewelry. However, if any piece is in need of repair within 3 months (based on normal usage), we will happily repair it for you. Simply contact us. Some material charges may apply.

Shipping Information

Our web site will automatically calculate the correct shipping charges for your order in your shopping cart.

Due to the production time involved for each designer piece, orders will be shipped within 1-3 weeks of receipt. If the item will take longer Rumblefish will inform you by e-mail with an estimated delivery date. You should receive your order within 5-7 days after we ship, as quoted by UPS standard ground,$10.00. If you need your order by a specific date, please indicate this in the specific instruction section of the order form and we will do our best to accommodate you. Once an order is shipped, you will be e-mailed a tracking number. Packages can only be delivered to street addresses and require a signature.

Express Delivery
All orders for overnight & 2 Day air must be placed before 12 noon EST or they will be processed the next business day. Rumblefish will confirm the availability of the item by e-mail. If the item is available the charge is $15.00 for 2 Day Air and $30.00 for overnight delivery.

Sales Tax
We are required by law to collect sales tax on orders billed or shipped to the state of New Jersey (7%)

Phone Orders
Although we encourage our customers to place their orders using our secure online ordering system, you can place an order by telephone. To place a telephone order, select the items you wish to order and call us at 646-541-1927 with your credit card number. and we will place your order.

Shipping to a location other than billing address
To ship to another address (domestic only), please enter your address in the billing information field and the shipping address in the shipping information field on the billing page during the ordering process.
